New curtains

       

We decided to get our place some new curtains .

The curtain lady suggested that we could choose something red for the bedroom, as it is a Chinese traditional colour for wedding.

We already got ourselves the traditional “Dragon & Phoenix” (龍鳳被) bed sheets, which is already red enough.  So red curtains, I don’t think so.

The whole curtain job took just took a week. We made the phone call last weekend and the curtain people came to our house with the swatch for us to choose the same day, they got the curtains fixed and installed in exactly one week time … surprisingly fast.
